Personally Identifiable Information and confidential engagement materials collected by AST Consulting LLC are stored within access-controlled environments and are not disclosed to third parties or employees of AST Consulting LLC except as needed to deliver the Services described above. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards—including encryption where appropriate, authentication controls, and role-based access—to protect client information from unauthorized access, manipulation, or disclosure.
With whom may the information may be shared?
We do not sell or rent Personally Identifiable Information. Personally Identifiable Information about Authorized Customers may be shared with our internal consulting team members and vetted subprocessors (for example, cloud hosting, billing, or collaboration tools) on a strict need-to-know basis for the sole purpose of delivering contracted consulting services. We may share aggregated, non-identifiable information about our Visitors with affiliates where permitted. We also offer the opportunity to "opt out" of receiving marketing communications from us or from any agency acting on our behalf, where applicable.
What choices are available to Visitors regarding collection, use and distribution of the information?
Visitors and Authorized Customers may opt out of receiving unsolicited information from or being contacted by us and/or our vendors and affiliated agencies by responding to emails as instructed, or by contacting AST Consulting LLC using the contact details on this Site.
